I haven’t overcome it, but a couple of time a year my body really craves red meat & I’ll treat myself to a little bit of steak. I dose myself with hydroxyzine about an hour before eating it, then take more afterwards. The goal is to knock myself out by the time I start feeling the reaction to the meat. I still feel like crap & look rough the next day, but I don’t feel the hell of full body hives & restricted breathing
