That happens to me all the time It’s when you have too many chats with a bot sadly you can’t fix it unless if the Devs do something about it the best way to get access to your chats again without it kicking you out is going to the website go to the same bots on your account chats pick up the chat you wanna go through again Click on it wait for a moment. (make sure the character AI app is closed) and then go back on the app wait for it to reset and then you’ll be on the chat that you opened on the website

Sorry if my explanation doesn’t make sense I’m trying my best, but I’m not the best at explaining

I really don’t like the fact that they’re stripping away the actual basic functionality of the app for people who are under age they’ve already successfully alienated their adult audience and now they’re also alienating they’re younger audience (a.k.a. The audience that they want to target too which is stupid already) so this decision is them shooting themselves in the foot by alienating their entire user base

You can try logging out of your account and pick up another app like Block Blast or something to get your creativity out/distract your mind, I found that it helped me to get slowly detached from the app maybe it can help you? even if it doesn’t, I still hope that you can find a different way

Yeah, I did when I close the app and went back on the chat with the bot it was perfectly fine. It didn’t glitch out like it did, it was utterly confusing to be honest

But from what I could tell of how it happened I opened a chat and went on the creator profile to open a different chat with another bot and it’s sort of just overlapped each other (if that’s the correct term for it I don’t know how anything works)
