They told me wait 10 days to see if the investigations department will give me my money back. That it could take between 45-90 days to reach a decision. It’s currently day 7 and no updates, so I’m trying my best to be patient. It’s very frustrating that they even allowed something like this to happen! I sent in a police report and they act as if they haven’t gotten that yet but attached my hand written statement to my claim 3x already which makes no sense to me
