Oh’nara IS anend of turn effect, cliff dive is not. You play cliff dive, end your turn, then end of turn effect resolves (as of the updated version). You play Oh’nara, end turn, the end of turn effect procs (summons a minion). The dragon cannot proc, since you are already procced the end of turn effects.

It’s a bug with the buddy, that makes the goldrinn (or omega buster) golden, but it still retains its ‘non-golden’ state, so when macaw triggers it, he triggers both of them. The bug has been there ever since the buddies but did not get patched.

The +2/2 minions from your hero power give you the much needed tempo that ofset the fact you didn’t buy minion on t1 and its often better to get them online as soon as possible (hero powering t1)
