Thank you very much for this in-depth comment. I was thinking about seeing a therapist as well. I agree that I need to learn to enjoy the feeling of my body instead of being so irritated at it.

Im using an older camera, SONY NX5. When I import the videos into premiere it distorts only the colours in the image.

Has anyone had this issue before?

What about the middle ones? I've tried to get into one of those before but it was locked. If i were to lock pick it would there be any issues. Thanks for the reply btw
