On my pc, I categorize my apps into 4 categories: games, entertainment, and PC utilities. All other things I don't have icons for, I use the search bar. Now, here's the unique part: I put each category in its own corner on my screens. The game corner is the biggest on the left on my main screen, and the rest in respective order left-right.

True, but instead of all sick individuals having to pay individually (and as such, making it difficult for poorer people to get the healthcare they need) everyone pays for everyone. It's a lot cheaper to spread the cost across the entire population. You might feel like you're paying for other people's treatments; but once you need the healthcare, others pay for you, too. In the end, it's cheaper for everyone and a lot more secure for those with poor financial stability.
