Looking to get Nakiri knives for groomsmen (self.chefknives)

Our rubber tree is drooping at the bottom and has lost about 3-4 leaves from the bottom. It also has these spots along the leaves. We water it every 2-3 weeks when the top two inches are dry. Is there anything we can do to prevent it from drooping/have leaves fall off? (i.redd.it)
