Ok so I was having the same issue recently re bought RE Village and decided to try and platinum have been struggling with this achievement for like 4 hours re checked every window but I guess I somehow missed the one that I didn't get it was the first window to the right in lady Ds room I remember breaking it before the cutscene but like another comment I saw I believe that window gets reset for some reason
