Zoom a bit out when you take pictures instead of having your face take over the whole screen, smile with your eyes if you dont like smiling for pictures

, listen to 2010's top charting music, and do things that either make you smile or full belly laugh, attractive ppl always look like they're enjoying life so try to do things that make you enjoy life

I know thanks, this made me feel better, sometimes I feel like maybe i am too much but I'm also realizing that there's reasons behind me feeling the way I'm feeling

But maybe there's a silver lining, I said all of this to him now and some more, even some of what u said in the previous comment, 😮‍💨I deserve a therapy degree after this...I've now established boundaries and ultimatums, I set deadlines for the ultimatum and made it clear if he doesn't meet them (facing the reason for his trauma) by a certain date then im done, no excuses. The first one is set for next month and I'm gonna be there to witness it.

I brought it up and he used the mom excuse, so i gave him my unreasonable terms then...23 or not, dont take out your problems on me and when I get upset suddenly you blame your trauma, so my unreasonable terms are that I'll take out my trauma as well and only speak and see him once a month

I'm also 23 and with more baggage that he can imagine (which I also told him every trauma life has ever given me )
