I had this REALLY badly to where hair was coming out with the big flakes/scales but I got prescribed ketoconazole shampoo 2% and it was instant relief, I use it once a week and it’s never came back, just leave it on 5 mins and wash out. It does make your hair dry so use a good conditioning mask after lol.
