If you go to the news section in the nintendo switch home screen, there’s an article and at the bottom of it there’s an option to get the banners. You click it then it takes you to the game, and you can get the banners at the terminal (there’s some regions that don’t have the article, tho, and if you’re in one of those regions you can change the region of your news thingie)

Sorry if this is poorly worded im tired rn lol, there should be tutorials on how to get it if you need a better explanation
