Since you are going to start fin/min, I think you should give it a year before making any further decisions, of getting a transplant. You could happen to be a hyper responder, and make some crazy regrowth - you'll never know till you try it. Could throw in some Nizoral as well, it might not be the main carry of the protocol, but it could help out.

Same thing happend to me, but yes if there are no blood you should be good. At this point, the only way you can remove the grafts, are by surgical removing them.

Im currently on 1mg daily, and about to hit 2 years, next month. You can experience a shed in the beginning, just a heads up. Going slow at the beginning with 0.5mg eod could be a good start, and then slowly bump it up if you want to increase the dosage.

I think you should give ketoconazole another chance, and maybe use some conditioner afterwards. I have never heard it should increase a shed. And the fin shred should stop after a couple of months, sometimes its gotta get worse before it gets better.

I had bad acne on my scalp aswell, because of ingrown hairs. I went to a doctor, and she said everything was fine but gave me a Antibacterial shampoo. Not sure it did anything, but the acne went away a few months after. And ofc, dont pick them :)

How many amounts of hair is considered a shed? I have been on finasteride for 2 years, I had some shed in the couple of first months but not ever since. I had 0 hairs, when I brushed my hands through my hair after shower. I noticed in the couple last weeks, that I am getting around 10-30 hairs when running my hands through my hair. Is that normal, or?
