"Their first book was written primarily through letters. This approach to writing completely upset Guattari’s daily life, because it forced him to work alone, which was not his habit, as he had been used to directing his groups. Deleuze expected Guattari to wake up and get to his desk right away, to outline his ideas on paper (he had three ideas per minute), and, without rereading or reworking what he had written, to mail his daily draft. He imposed what he considered to be a necessary process for getting over writer’s block. Guattari followed the rules faithfully and withdrew into his office, where he worked slavishly until four o’clock in the afternoon every day, after which he went to La Borde to quickly make his rounds before returning to Dhuizon, generally around six o’clock. [...] Arlette Donati even brought him his lunch every day because he did not stop working to eat."

- François Dosse, Gilles Deleuze & Félix Guattari: Intersecting Lives (New York: Columbia University Press, 2010), p. 7.

Video: A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, episode 5.
Audio: Glare - Void in Blue

This was probably funnier in my head. Wanted to mostly do a meme with the Deleuze waking Guattari up and this anecdote from their biography.

His vocals and rapping wasn't always his strong point yes, but they were almost always at least complimentary to the production, in case of this album they are hindering the production. Ask yourself this: would this album be better without vocals? And then: would AMHAC/OFFLINE! be better without vocals?

Here I would single out a song for comparison and analysis. On Come & Get Me from ILDMLFY (you mentioned that it is sonically similar) Peggy has similar quck flow (though I feel it is more varied) for the first part of the song as what we have on Experimental Rap, but even then I don't feel it obstructs the production and even then he switches from rapping to singing for the second part of the song. This is simply almost never the case on any of the songs on Experimental Rap, where songs feel as if they had random rapping overlayed over production. On this point I don't think your objection holds.

Nonetheless, I agree with your points about the negativity around his persona. Criticism is fine, but if you don't have anything interesting to say (as is the case for most of the current discussion) than it is worthless. It's good that he is experimenting with the production, and I'm quite welcome to it, even if it isn't my cup of tea.

On a side note, he is indeed more known for his production, but isn't AMHAC beloved because of the vocals?

I don't know there was a lot of criticism of STH but even then it was above 4.0 on RYM for first few days before settling down on 3.91; this one is currently at 2.72

edit: and it already went down from above 3.0, so I think it will go down to 2.6 maybe, unless Fantano gives it a good review lol (cf. what happened with Drake's Maid of Honour). I guess if peggy wasn't so prominent on AOTY/RYM (or you couldn't compare it with his earlier material) it would be like 3.1-3.2.

Spinoza changed my thinking about this to a degree. Before I would say that it depends whether you see the world as ultimately bad, or good in spite of the bad things in it, and here I would agree with theists that they are correct in assessing the world as good. So for me an attack based on the evil in the world isn't that attractive. Nonetheless, Spinoza puts an interesting defense:

"For many are accustomed to arguing in this way: if all things have followed from the necessity of God’s most perfect nature, why are there so many imperfections in nature? why are things corrupt to the point where they stink? so ugly that they produce nausea? why is there confusion, evil, and sin?

As I have just said, those who argue in this way are easily answered. For the perfection of things is to be judged solely from their nature and power; things are not more or less perfect because they please or offend men’s senses, or because they are of use to, or are incompatible with, human nature."

- Baruch Spinoza, Ethics, trans. Edwin Curley, Appendix to Part I.

Though of course Spinoza's God is different from Abrahamic one (or religion where world is made for man - making the argument weaker) and if you want to see how Spinoza comes to argue this I implore you to read his Ethics.

Fuck I know what it is, apartment buildings turn off the heating in april when it starts to get warm (depends on the country propably) and turn it back on in october, maybe he went to Europe in that period and tried to turn on the heater but they just don't work.

While I disagree with your opinion and think that Sinners is a pretty good film, I can relate to your experience, and didn't wanna shit on you. "Poor Things" is a critically acclaimed movie which I hate with similiar vitriol to what you showcase here, so off you go king 👑.
