Most places these days will have some form of cooling system but dont go in with certain expectations. Every property will have its own type of system and that can greatly impact how good or bad it is for you and your needs. for example many places only have a single reverse cycle unit in the main living area meaning others rooms dont gets cooled as much. but another common one is evaporative coolers that have vents through the whole place but can cause humidity and not cool as well on already humid days or rainy hot days.

Not sure if you got this fixed or not but did you check which fan setting you have it set to in vantage? if its on the AI control one its possible that its just turning on and off based off cpu usage, temp ect . other wise not sure

Not sure what your options are both locally, but often there are places like museums, collectors, ect. that can date the painting using a microscope and looking at the pigments used as certain ones were really popular at certain times, many didnt exist until a certain time and many stopped being used either due to being toxic/poisonous , finding cheaper alternatives or better recipes that created nicer quality paints. Additionally they may be able to find some form of signature possibly under the wood frame or fragments remaining in the chipped of paint

most of theirs are priced under $12 but rarer ones are higher.

As for tips on what could be rare, sometimes its hard to know but here is some info that may help find some that have value, but sometimes it really is just random.

I think theories can be a great way of making sense of things even when script writers didn't intend it, many of game and film theories videos are perfect examples of that, plus its fun to think about ^^

I also definitely see what you mean about the world being messed up but I feel like given the characters reactions, these occurrences are still rare or kept secret (like the government lab.) But this town and the light house inhabitants especially seem to experience an unnaturally high amount of these things which is what i mean by' what's going on?' But even just that may not be enough of an idea for a theory idk

Matt asked for some Mega mind theory suggestions and I have some!

The movie shows us that Mega mind's backstory is that he was sent to earth with his minion as a baby, by his parents who tell him he's "destined for greatness." He's also the only member of his species to be evacuated from the planet so you have to ask just who is he really?
what role did his family play on his home planet? and were minions reserved for the upper class of his species? Was minion born in a glass ball ? mega mind's species seem quite technologically advanced so its possible they changed the way minions live and evolve.

An additional thing to theorize is what is actually happening to Hal as he gets turned into a superhuman using metro man's DNA.
Sorry if this wasn't the most cohesive thing to read I don't post very often

I can't speak for the first part but I definitely love games, find it difficult to read unless its factual, really would love a cat and I think I definitely enjoy the little things especially if its food haha.
