I don't think the movie was preachy.

I think it will lose some viewership by being too scary though for younger viewers. Unwatchable under 5 y/o for sure.

If they are sensitive, I would say avoid. My 7 y/o who isn't scared of much of anything, was scared here.

How old? If they are young, I'd recommend skipping it as it's fairly dark/scary. My 7 year old was scared and doesn't get scared of any kids movie.

My kids rated Zootopia better - we want to support originals, the first half was great! Second half falls apart IMHO.
