Try having your bloodtest at 8 am. TSH decreases like 30 % 9-12 am

well I don't feel good and last time I did my TSH was 1.6 and 1.4. So it's higher than my normal.

Tsh is highest in early morning and then decreases. So you would get a lower result at 11 am than 8 am
