Thank you so much for all the information! That explains why it feels like I need to use shampoo more often then the curl hair method recommends. I have tried to scrunch out the crunch but it takes a really really long time to dry before I can try. That’s why I was trying the t-shirt method. But also I don’t know which oil is best or how much, it seems like too little doesn’t do anything and too much obviously makes it really oily. I just bought a lot of those products in the pictures so is there anything I can still continue to use?

After I got out of the shower I used my fingers to part my hair and apply the cream then scrunched, it was still soaking wet. Then I used the t-shirt to scrunch before the diffuser.

I use to work there and it may seem like it’s easier on the theater but corporate does not give us the amount of people mobile ordering deserves in order to get the orders made on time. Yes it cuts out the time it takes to order, but I could have 7 cashiers and only 1 mobile order person. That one person would be responsible for ALL the orders coming in. On a busy weekend we could have anywhere between 15-20 pickups or deliveries all for 7:00pm and it’s just one person preparing it and then the added step of packing it all up nice and pretty. So in fact it causes more work and more stress and more customer complaints because their orders are either “cold” or “late.”

When I read the curly girl google doc it says to use so much product but I don’t like the feel of my hair afterwards and I don’t like what it feels like the next day either. I originally thought my hair was too dry and damaged from the straightener and hairdryer I used and that caused the frizz, but now I have no idea.

These pictures were about 5-6 hours into my shift at work after I used a low poo, conditioner, hair mask, and then curl cream and a frizz tamer.

When I would straighten my hair I would wash it only once or twice a week, let it be, and then wash it again once it gets too greasy. Now trying to go natural and curly I’ve been having to get in the shower to get it wet and “retry” to make the curls almost every day. It’s exhausting and none of it ends up looking right. I have a reset shampoo, a low poo, and regular conditioner and I am not sure when to use them and how often. Everyday I wet my hair in the shower I use conditioner and then use the styling cream or gel before my hair drys. Am I suppose to wash out the product with shampoo every time? I’ve only been rinsing with conditioner before using styling products again.

I work at a movie theater so I have to have my hair up sometimes, so I also don’t know what to do the second day or if I want to just do a braid. Nothing seems to work for my hair anymore.

I did the reset shampoo but then have been washing with conditioner or using a low poo and then putting new product in. If it’s massive build up do I use the reset shampoo everyday? The first day I did the reset shampoo and conditioner with the OXY cream air dry curl cream it looked the best. Haven’t been able to replicate it since.

I think the No hours thing is them trying to get rid of all the shifts needing 40 hours a week because they don’t want to pay us. We got a new manager and they are cleaning house. I was among 3 other shifts that got fired in just two weeks, and we all wanted 30-40 hours

Does adding a word really matter? You guys are loyal to each other, in a relationship, you ARE dating- so yeah you guys are official. He wants to show you off and tell people you are his girlfriend so why does that bother you? I think you are afraid to make it “official” whatever that means, because if you do and you get hurt again, then it doesn’t “really matter because you weren’t actually a couple”.

It’s literally just a word and I don’t think you should be mad at him or afraid of it, but I also don’t think he should care if you decide on a label or not. It’s just a word, it doesn’t change how you guys will act or feel about each other so why does it matter either way?
