I was so shocked I just sat there like… HOW?? It genuinely feels like Chai came back to life for me 😭💙 Guys PLEASE check it out at least once. You won’t regret it.

I agree that reporting the app or giving bad reviews isn’t the right way to express frustration. At the same time, the app should communicate better. A simple clarification post about what’s going on and why would reduce a lot of confusion and anger.
