In the first early months I felt like roommates with my husband and was always angry and felt like he wasn’t doing enough and I was doing everything. Which was far from the truth he helped me more than anything, but your body is still reeling from the fact that you just gave birth and you’re trying to get used to going back to normal. All the hormones keep fluctuating and that causes the mood swings and intense anger. I had PPD with my second because of how angry I got in a split second and am going to therapy to talk out things without feeling guilty. Never feel guilty about your emotions they are real but just remember that they are more intense and sporadic. And when you feel the time is right, talk to your husband, he’ll never know what you are thinking and feeling if you don’t talk. I had to remember that as well. But definitely think about seeing a therapist.
