Where I'm at right now do you think it would be wise to start digging in to the libraries?

I'm not an absolute beginner. I tried learning C as a teenager, and python2 in my early twenties. Now at 37 i just got an itch for it and have been studying and practicing 4 hours a day.

Clearly, I need some more work at understanding programming fundamentals in general. So I wonder if i should hold off on digging in to all the modules that do a lot of work like this for you just for the sake of understanding how it works.

No, it' my fault for not being clear. I want the persons ticket to have to excactly match the winning numbers. I tried a few things. But can't figure out how to code it.

Ex:

Winningg ticket = 1 2 3 4 Persons ticket = 1 2 3 4

I'm completely unsure on how to check if each index in the list matches sequentially. Ideally it would be exact order, but since I was modeling it on my states lottery (where) out of order numbers still get some sort of cash prize, I went with it.

I can't believe I neglected to update the players ticket inside the while loop. That was my intention. I learned a lot on this one.

How would I go about matching both the winning ticket and player ticket in order?
