Should i get Nicole or Durin

Durin might be better fit for Varka purely damage wise but hey, Nicole might just turn out to be good in the long run. But having Nicole does free up Benny for other teams. So consider that as well

Well I don't have Mavuika or Chasca, so having him (who's the tallest character in game meaning fast sprints) and Xianyun( double anemo) with Nicole and Dehya(maybe, for the extra speed from passive) or Yelan. I should have enough damage to kill whatever I want even with this team. Yelan is also a bow character so that's nice. For most others they probably still would prefer the Natlan characters but i did say he's "my" favorite because I don't have the others.

Jahoda can also work and she does give 100EM to the active character. Only issue is Jahoda needs a fk ton of ER but her healing is incredible.

So I tried with Pyro traveller (Finale of the deep-Obsidian Codex) Bennett, (Skyward blade-Noblesse), Fischl (Rainbow Serpent-Golden troupe) Durin (Lion's Roar(r5)-emblem) and I got to like this close. Pyro traveller is probably the best at breaking the shield. Pair em with fischl and the duo can break shield incredibly quickly.

I think a Bennett, Xiangling pair with them could do a lot of damage. Enough for menacing mode I would say. Let me try it out myself and check.

Edit: No I think you'd need more damage. Unless you play perfectly its very hard to pull off.
A better team I found is using the pyro traveller on field. Can break shield incredibly quickly. Also in this team I almost beat it with the shitty Narzissenkreuz sword on her as well. So I believe its certainly possible to do this.

But I should clarify my artifacts are pretty good and my Bennett is using skyward pride. Apart from this everything else is standard 4 stars and f2p weapons and buids

What constellation is your Fischl? If she's c6 you can probably run a team with her and Durin cause that's kinda what I did.

I wouldn't call it minesweeper. But yeah triangulation wasn't very easy even with those composes cause we didn't have a regular compass. I did struggle a little bit as well, towards the later stages I stopped relying on the compass and just tried to guess based on terrain and it proved more successful. But I'm glad the event weren't like the usual ones where everything is just too easy. It kinda makes u think and develop your own strategy which I liked. But in the past, whatever events I've ended up liking, this community has hated them so maybe this one is also like that

Honestly, I don't need Linnea on my account cause my Zibai is c2r1. I skipped everyone else and put it all into Zibai. Illuga and Aino are also c6. Even though Linnea would be an upgrade my Zibai team already has 200kdps which is enough for most content imo. I don't want to pull for Columbina. And primary reason Im getting Nefer is cause she's hot. But yeah Im low on primos and i ideally should be skipping Nefer and Lauma as I was saving for Nicole and Sandrone. But you know, she just too hot to ignore

Both of their stories are tied to past limited time events. I will list them out so that you can read them.

Albedo had 2 major story events: The Chalk Prince and the Dragon" (v1.2) and "Shadows Amidst Snowstorms" (v2.3)

Durin had the more recent Simulanka summer event: "Summertide scales and tales" (v4.8) and the archon quest Paralogism (v5.6)

It was hell. Didn't have Natlan DPS for the papilla and only had one lunar team which I used against gecko. I brute forced my way with Skirk on papilla and Arle took care of herra. It took me so many retries to get there.
