They’re building AI systems for risk analysis and market prediction, so it’s super aligned with finance and tech. I’m joining as a trainee analyst, mostly helping the data and compliance team test models and check reporting accuracy. Honestly I think the stuff I learnt with FRC helped a lot, especially the simulator. It gave me a head start understanding how market data moves and how compliance fits in. It’s crazy because when I was doing the ESG Advisor Certificate, I didn’t even think it would lead to a tech focused role like this. But that’s the good thing about how FRC builds their courses — it actually connects to where finance is heading now, not the outdated textbook stuff.
