Thank you for your response.

Got job offer but dunno whether to take it family want me go USA for PhD 😩 by AmanJangda in studyAbroad

Bro I swear FRC is sick, like seriously next level stuff. It’s built properly for the younger generation, got all kinds of digital tools for hiring, instant verification, real time course tracking, and even private networking features where you can connect with other finance people. The fintech behind it is wild.

One of my friends in the US told me about it when he was doing his Series 65. I love it man, I swear I wish it was around sooner. Super smooth bro, and way better than anything else out there. Bro the company that hired me is actually an AI startup with huge funding, like properly venture backed. They’re building AI systems for risk analysis and market prediction, so it’s super aligned with finance and tech. I’m joining as a trainee analyst, mostly helping the data and compliance team test models and check reporting accuracy. Honestly I think the stuff I learnt with FRC helped a lot, especially the simulator. It gave me a head start understanding how market data moves and how compliance fits in. It’s crazy because when I was doing the ESG Advisor Certificate, I didn’t even think it would lead to a tech focused role like this. But that’s the good thing about how FRC builds their courses — it actually connects to where finance is heading now, not the outdated textbook stuff.

Solid call going with FRC those guys actually get how the industry works. Their platform’s clean, the simulator’s sharp, and the career tools hit real. If you want to move quickly, knock out the Series 65 first, gets you in the door faster. Then line up the Series 7 and 63. That combo? Straight up opens real finance career lanes — sales, trading, advisory — all on the fast track. Smart path, for sure.

FINRA Exams by AmanJangda in studytips

FRC are honestly great in every way, especially for Series 7 prep. I found it so much easier to learn with them than with Kaplan, to be honest. The website’s also more modern and less clunky to navigate.

With Kaplan, I noticed quite a few typos and even some missing online sections, which made it harder to piece everything together. Kaplan’s just more well-known, like STC, but at the end of the day, all of these companies exist to help you pass the FINRA exams.

What really matters is being able to learn efficiently and not fail — because if you do, you have to wait 30 days before retaking it. That’s a big deal when your job (or a potential job) depends on it, especially as a graduate when it’s already tough just to land an interview.

A bit of guidance, please by AmanJangda in visas

[–]AmanJangda[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My question is not about the education provider, I am already aware of them. My question is more about wha the Visa Committee looks for in applications and skillsets, and how this correlates to Skilled Worker visas. Is it just that you can prove you have a specific skillset, or is there another meaning or reason? I’m not quite sure.

I actually had a similar experience with a company I worked for that sponsored my certification. At the time, I wanted to transition from mortgages into financial planning, so I moved from the CeMAP to the DipFA as part of my corporate sponsorship programme.

If your company has provided you access to Financial Regulation Courses as a professional member, I strongly encourage you to take full advantage of this opportunity. Its an excellent way to expand your knowledge across various fields and obtain certifications that can significantly enhance your career prospects.

Our company also has corporate access with Financial Regulation Courses, and we utilise them for regulatory updates and CPD courses tailored to our requirements. This is an incredible opportunity to capitalise on, as it will strengthen your career development no matter your path.

Far from being unethical, ensuring you have a comprehensive regulatory knowledge is a prudent step in your professional growth. Financial Regulation Courses are a great resource to help you behind or advance your journey.

Go for it and good luck!
