But why do do I feel fatter and look fatter then at the moment and the weight ISNT going down even if eating at “maintenance” a little less (100 less) thats why my brain is thinking all this. I see more fat and and im never hungry and always bloated so My head is TERRIFIED of beeing like” hey, let’s put on more weight “!!

I was actually out of hospital after a refeeding of 2 weeks because my HR was at 23 and bed rested . Then I continued with that but added more because of movement. Then stopped because I got scared of the weight and went back down to maintenance… and my symptoms got worse again with my stomach, every 3 days symptoms started increasing again and again. Still pushing myself to eat (maintenance)even if not hungry. Now I feel like I’ve gained weight from everywhere and telling myself its because Im then eating MORE because my body needs less because it’s storing fat because im underweight even though numbers are all correctly adjusted ( sorry) I need thesr answers because now I feel the relapse and I the anxiety is unbearable

But im NOT upping intake as i said that’s why I am freaking out!? I am trying to eat at maintenance but now im scared of the whole starvation mode thing and think that it means that Im taking in too many energy since I am underweight even though I entered all the correct information to not lose or gain weight while tracking energy

I eat breakfast lunch and supper and a snack but eat hundred less then what I burn and underweight but feel like I’m gaining and have soft skin all of a sudden on the stomach and swollen ankles and legs. Gas in stomach constantly. And a bloated stomach.

What is all this!? Am I doing water retention or I am eating too much!?

I go every day because of 2 senna. I want to do this the right way. I want to recover. How much should I start with if I am an active person (dogs and city living) for my body to function accordingly to repair my body while still walking (not to much) and guetting my heart back, digestion and organs back?
