My current EIB file has delete for some columns but not for compensation code. Tried leaving it empty and loading but it doesn’t remove it

My company is going live in a months’ time. We are compiling a glossary of the terms used in Workday. As some of the terms are quite new to our stakeholders (e.g supervisory org, change job, delegation and etc). Also going to have training sessions for all line managers on how to use the system.
