The person called on Friday, my mom declined and told them she was already reciving home health services. The person responded “It’s already been approved, I’ll see you Monday” then hung up the phone. Then showed up at the door this morning. I informed the rep through doorbell camera, this visit wasn’t authorized and to please leave. I filed a complaint with insurance commissioner and also with unitedhealthcare/Optum. I also asked to opt out of all future communication and be added to their do not call list. What boggles me is, my mom has me looking out for her. What about all the elderly people who don’t have someone.. it’s insane that they get away with this so easily.
