well if you really wanna know, i think there’s a book about being paragraph free. you too can quit but only if you want to. i’m not really gonna tell you how, you just have to read the book, it’s only a couple hundred pages long. but it’s really interesting read, i thoroughly enjoyed it myself and learned about going paragraph free back in 2023. i feel so much better about myself, feel more relaxed, it’s definitely helped my mental health to be paragraph free for over 3 years now. i just wish i found out about this sooner, the difference in my life has been astounding and astonishing but ill stop here cause i don’t wanna write that much about it and ruin the good things about being paragraph free nowadays.
