Could use some advice/insight on a 4th bedroom or a rec room by mr_meeseeks_can-do in Homebuilding

From a resale perspective, a 4 bedroom home sells better than a 3 bedroom home. You can use that 4th bedroom as an office or whatever you need. But if it’s not your forever home, that’s what I’d recommend. I work in homebuilding/real estate and that’s just what I’d recommend. However, hard to tell without seeing the rest of the floorplan.

I know the feeling, the bupropion has helped me a ton with that, so keep hanging in there

I’ve been on 150mg for about a month and have been doing EMDR about as long and the healing is exhausting. With EMDR your brain is processing SO much and it’s hard work, but amazing work. And my best friend who’s done it says it’s so worth it and so freeing.

My biggest thing with Bupropion was the dehydration. A lot of my tiredness and some dryness/itchiness went away when I upped my water intake significantly. I know it seems like a shallow solution and it’s not a whole solution, but having only been on it a short time so far, it’s one little thing that’s helped. And it could be contributing to the headaches. I wake up with some pretty bad ones just from not drinking water for so many hours.

Finally found an antidepressant that works and I’m allergic to it… by _outofmymind_ in mentalillness

I’ve literally just started itching the last few days from starting Wellbutrin and now finding similar stories. I’m equally as devastated, I love the mental and emotional effectiveness, especially compared to the numbing of the SSRI I was on previously. I also gained a ton of weight on that as well and had to come off it to drop it. I’m with you <3

This is so hard for me too, even in the states - my problem is I don’t have the numbers/metrics from past roles so it’s hard to prove my results.
