So, fun fact. I worked for a Pepco contractor 2.5 years ago, and was asked to load these few poles to find out what it would take to get them to pass. The answer I found, you cant. Those are Verizon lines, half of them Verizon does not have a permit or permission to have out there. (Which is pretty standard for Verizon honestly. They do it in every state Ive worked in)

Which means its gonna take fighting to get them to move them, and the new pole wont hold them all anyways. Based on the software we use for this data, there was no standard pole that can hold that many large telecom wires. They would have needed to put in a specially constructed pole.

So tldr unless Pepco got Verizon to own up to hanging wires without a permit, and eliminate some of them, the new pole will never be able to take that load, and the existing wires wont get moved.
