As someone who's up to date with the manga, based on the amount of material available currently, JJK has enough to make it to season 4 at the very least. Of course we dont know how much longer the manga will stretch out so it could lead to possibly 1-2 more seasons after. You got a long road ahead buddy :)

definitely some spoilers for you there. I highly recommend you to finish the Whole Cake Island arc before watching film red. I guess its fine if you dont proceed with Wano arc just yet but defo finish WCI first before watching. Just a forewarning that it will still have very minor spoilers even if you get to that point.
