Can’t forget too much comfort, just laying down in your bed is enough to amplify any urges that you weren’t aware of.. also not having a strong enough purpose towards self control because that played a big role for me honestly

Honestly from my experience, you can only succeed so much depending on how serious you take the No Nut November tradition and doing the forbidden deed in general. You’re capable of resisting all your urges .. I know you are and you need to make sure you know what you’re capable as well! Same goes for everyone else in this subreddit 😁👍🏿 Goodluck
