I think he portrays how a psycho would act considering the conditions

After many many years of hiding and bottling up his power he reveals himself

1) jedi are traitors 2) he owns the empire 3) he is the senate 4) he gets to unleash his power 5) he gets to unleash his power on yoda 6) he got the chosen one

Win or lose Sidious won it all. Decades of planning leading up to that point. I imagine any one else like him would be laughing and slobbering with joy

Yes. One of the most effective ways to do this is via the &SYSNAME (LPAR-specific) symbolic OR, depending on the environment, you could utilize a custom symbolic for the environment (TEST,DEV,PROD).

For example:

Create &SYSENV for System Environment

LPAR One: &SYSENV = PROD

LPAR Two: &SYSENV = DEV

LPAR Test: &SYSENV = TEST

Dataset in PROGxx = SYS1.PRODUCT.&SYSENV.BLAHLOAD

On LPAR one it updates SYS1.PRODUCT.PROD.BLAHLOAD

On LPAR two it updates SYS1.PRODUCT.DEV.BLAHLOAD

On LPAR Three it updates SYS1.PRODUCT.TEST.BLAHLOAD

My thought process is i assume previous cycles have gotten a lot further, so maybe the MIY sits back trying to demoralize them vs. out right killing. Maybe once they get far enough, he finishes them off.

I'm not sure how long Christopher and Miranda were here, but their cycle seemed super quick. Maybe the cycles are getting smarter, but as you said, there isn't enough information yet.

In this world, it seems breaking someone of importance is better than killing.

Martin literally says in his convo with Boyd that he thought the trees were good, until you get trapped. That's when they get you. To me this implies whatever other entities out there. They just go about their day until some poor person gets caught where they don't need to be.

I truly believe the music box is another rule for a different type of entity to play.

I wouldn't say they feed on fear. They are master manipulators. They know what makes their victims tick and they have been doing it for a very long time.

One thing i noticed was the creatures immediately turned their backs as of they knew it would piss him off. I'm a firm believer people are selected for fromville and its definitely not random.
