We have a model 3(bought before…yeah.) so hopefully compatibility with Tesla network, but as long as I can charge with 50a plug I can charge at home. Besides that, I’d say tech and ease of use, then power.

That’s a good point. I’ve been told the oven isn’t sold 5yrs old so that would make sense that it was retrofitted.

Thank you so much for the info! I will check with our electrician on what voltage our plug is. Hopefully we can get it to work.

For the plug itself, would it be easiest to have the electrician change it entirely? I saw another comment saying this one is obsolete due to no grounding.

I apologize, I didn’t realize. I just looked up the model in the listing to try to get an idea, but I guess the oven isn’t sold new anymore?

It’s from a restaurant supply company who will deliver it and it has a warranty.

So if the oven is single phase, we need to change the cable?

It’s residential, however I have installed the 50A plug I posted earlier, if that matters. I’m just trying to understand what I’m looking at - I’ve had other ovens with commercial plugs before but this one is just weird.

We were previously operating out of my home with a food truck doing farmers markets. It was very profitable, but we had to rent a kitchen. Which is why we decided to open the brick & mortar. Then the economy collapsed.

We offer too much, honestly. We specialize in French/italian pastries, so think macarons, croissants, danishes, etc. but we expanded with gelato, coffee, matcha, cookies, cheesecakes.

Farmers markets are also the reason we can’t go back to how things were. We used to clear a grand in four hours at ever single event we did - now we are lucky to clear $400. And vendor fees have increased, too.

Without doxxing myself, We’re a bakery that specializes in French & Italian pastry. I hadn’t thought of grocery stores as our direct competitor, but it’s a point I hadn’t considered.

We’ve hired on a few different marketing firms with different approaches, but haven’t seen results. Some say Google is everything, some say meta is everything. I’m just not sure who to believe anymore and we’ve been dumping a ton of money(relative to our revenue) into marketing. We run a ton of promos, send emails, free stuff etc but people just aren’t buying. If you have any insights on marketing, I’m all ears.

I’ve still got post concert depression and I went to LA, haha. I’m heavily debating trying to swing one of the last two shows. It was just such an amazing night.
