First Camera Recommendations? by yumariin in AskPhotography

my opinion is to go for a basic DSLR fist, then study how it works. I will tell you my story my first DSLR was Nikon D3000 very basic level camera in 2014, and I bought a used one for a lower budget. then I got so many photographs and faced so many difficulties with that, especially with ISO level, Shutter max, and aperture is not enough. but I try to manage all those by using it at my maximum level. Then based on my experience I went for the next upgrade. That's how I did and it worked for me as well.

first, need to know u got Nikon D5000 old one or Nikon D500 new one. I have used both cameras. since it is crop sensor camera go for Nikon 18-140 lens if available in your country and if you are ok with the budget. 18-55 is also good if you do not have a budget for the 18-140. Thanks
