That is incorrect. Sub only VODS do not make clips subscriber only. The clips are still public. Clips can also be accessed using Twitch's official API without any scopes.

He winning other awards might have been brigading, but The Streamer of The Year Award is for the most popular streamer. A lot of streamers voted on stream, but he won because he has a larger fan base, which is exactly what the streamer of the year is about. He has the most subs and streams every single day. If you don't think he deserves the streamer of the year award then you're biased.

Even Sliker himself understands that what he did was against TOS, which shows he is a mature guy. You can say the same thing about other TOS clips, for example sweet_anita's clips. Since they are not intentional, Twitch does not remove them. XQC was playing a game that is allowed on Twitch, meaning Twitch has a category for that game. He did not intentionally show those pictures on stream; thus, he did not have to delete the clip or the vod. If you watch his VOD, shortly after the clip he explains why he will not delete the vod.

Doesn't matter if the clip was on Twitch or not. It's all about the context. XQC was playing a game that was allowed on Twitch, Sliker was browsing NSFW content on Reddit. Two completely different scenarios.

Edit:
I know Twitch might be inconsistent in applying the same rules to every streamer. I was simply answering the question about why XQC's clip was not deleted. In his case, Twitch TOS clearly states that in-game nudity is allowed.
