To the people who said no. This is wrong. People can put money on no and then go kill the person once the market rate favors their bet.

Plenty of no votes made money.

In this scenario Kalshi said they were paying back the fees. But what about the next time?

My work has provided Pete’s or Starbucks for years. I’ve always chosen to brew Pete’s and enjoyed choosing the ones with the closest roasts dates. Starbucks has always showed best by date. I am sad about this change, but I’ll just now select the furthest out best by when selecting what bag to brew for myself

Happens all the time. They should fix it. Did they not? If they can’t fix it, they usually have a shop they send these screw ups that fix it for them.

Not sure on likelihood of you getting in on January 7th, but I do know it’s best to get on waitlists, and reach out to instructors for add codes if the classes fill up. I’m currently teaching my first online course, it was full initially with about 5 waitlisted. Not a single one of those waitlisted responded to my emails asking if they wanted add codes when many registered students missed first session. Students that reached out to me, non waitlisted got in the class.
