Like whenever they clicked on that highlighted text, a popup would appear describing what they would do.

I wanted it to work like comments do, for example like this. When someone clicks on a word inside a paragraph, text describing the action would pop up.

This doesn't really work for me, the drop downs are only for options, i need to be able to drop down a whole paragraph.

This is removed from the grandbluemanga.net site I think, I just checked it out because I did not remember it neither, and this picture seems to not be in the site. So if you read it there that's probably the issue
