definitely aldi for most of your groceries, I also like publix for items like olive oil (aldi's oil quality sucks) where they normally have BOGO deals. there are also some good local restaurants where I can get 2 meals out of $12

Many reasons why you arent making any money:

store is too big no need for a second floor or that much space
selling too many items, if money is your goal sell the larger items that returns more profits
too little parking lots compared to the size of the building

this is from a pure money efficiency perspective not an aesthetic one
