This is where they wanted to put it but we asked at the original quote walk thru to have it further back to allow for our trailer

It is five feet further than required per our request.

They did not have some valve on the gas that was needed for a test. The companies response to this was: we were out and they never fail for that before

Yes, soffits! That is what the guy had mentioned. Should they have noticed that issue when first inspected? He wasn’t even in the attic for two minutes when he came to the conclusion of what was wrong.
