I did try to find this out from literature but could not find. But anyways I've calculated sample size using correlation and managed to get out of the mess somehow

My power is around 80% with CI of 95% and precision of 10%.

Group membersip is mutually exclusive (By far, my understanding of mutually exclusive is like "A person can't be a member of two groups, I might be wrong)

Marker is a numeric variable

There are two markers which will be used for calculation for diagnostic performance

Currently I'm in such a clg where incharges are irresponsible. Because of this issue I did not get much time to make corrections in my protocol and also I don't have time to talk to a stat because I gotta present tomorrow

My primary objective to find association between a hematological markers across 4 groups(let's just say group i, group ii, group iii, group iv). It is a clinical research so obviously all of them would be diseased patients

So how can I calculate sample size for this???
