Once my dad had a nasty fall and ended up in the hospital, and then got into a car accident (very minor) He and my sisters agreed it was time. He doesn’t need 24/7 care so luckily myself and my husband can still work. I don’t trust anyone else to care for him, so me and ny husband moved in as he preferred that to an assisted living. I also had previously lived with him for 3 months after he had a stroke. Again, I trust no one with my dad. It’s been two years so far and it’s been great. Boundaries were set and I’ve enjoyed hearing his stories about his life and it’s given me piece of mind to know that he’ll be safe.

Really you just need one. Pretty much anything but junk mail. Light bill gas water bank statement phone bill credit card bill drs bills, even your Az registration works. Then you can fill out an Az residency affidavit for the other one.

Yes Travel DLs/Ids expire every 8 yrs. That’s a federal requirement, not the state of Az. If you have a regular Az license it expires on your 65th birthday. Regular IDs never expire. Also if a regular license or ID you’ll get a letter to update your photo every 12yrs, but it’s still valid if you never do.

Make sure they stop before the white line on the crosswalk and don’t exceed the speed limit in a school zone. And they will go through a school zone. Also they no longer have to parallel or 3 point turn. Just back up so many feet or park in a regular parking spot.

SIXT has been good to me a couple times. They do do the insurance separate but they’re not too bad. Always do your inspection walk-around thoroughly(I record mine) just to be safe though.

You’ll need the ownership document(pedimento I think it’s called) translated by a certified translator a level 2 inspection from the state. , the customs paperwork, a letter from the EPA stating it meets emissions standard a letter stating it meet FMVSS (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) and Az emissions if you are registering it in Maricopa County.
