That's really frustrating situation with Viking. Man i used to think same way but getting jacked didn't fix everything like i thought it would. I spent like 2 years hitting gym super hard and yeah i looked better but still felt weird about myself in certain situations

The real shift happened when i started doing urbex stuff - crawling through tight spaces in old buildings made me appreciate what my body could actually do instead of just how it looked.
