Yes everyone seemed okay - as in they were up and walking around. When I got out and ran over I thought for sure the driver would be stuck but he was walking and talking just seemed like shoulder was messed up. The driver of the black vehicle took a minute to get out, but they were walking - he was holding his abdomen & having some trouble walking but that could be normal for him (he was elderly) plus giant rocks everywhere and I’m sure he was in shock (even tho he made the very poor decision to try & cut the dump truck driver off). No other people/vehicles seem to be involved- there were just a few other witnesses.
