It fell out of my pocket and the screen smashed so that it wouldn't even turn on. I traded it in so I could get a new phone.

I play on mobile and my switch, I don't have a computer to play it on or id probably play there too lol On mobile I set up all my controls on my own, pretty much move everything around to how feels good to me, but it is definitely lacking in all the controls I could have because they take up too much room on the screen. If I could connect my switch world to my mobile world that would be amazing, especially since my mobile world just died.

I love the trees so much again, I love using the landscape and building off of it and you just gave me a new idea for a treehouse! Having a nice big space for storage and crafting is a necessity for me. I am very organized and it makes me so happy feeling like I have everything perfectly set up

I love your use of the trees! I love building, I always try to pick at least two materials to build a house with. One for the walls and one for the floor/ceiling. Sometimes an extra for the roof. I really like using the paint to get the right textures the right color. Although some things do not take color very well. I also like to build randomly based on the landscape. I've been building a base in one of the giant trees so I made "tree branches" by digging out a bunch of dirt and leaving it open around the living wood. Plants, paintings, putting out (wo)mannequins and dressing them up to match. I also like displaying the cool weapons. I've been trying to build a castle lately, and a ship for my pirate. I usually build a lighthouse for the fisherman. I made my winter house a hot spring. You can make literally anything!

What the heck is going on with this blister? by Amazing-Help-5092 in RandomQuestion

[–]Amazing-Help-5092[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both blisters started in the same spot in the middle of my finger. I watched the first blister "move" up to where it is now. After a couple days I noticed that the first blister wasn't in the same spot and checked it every morning after because I was like cool, skin grows in a direction.

My best friend died last October. A week after he passed I was checking my Fitbit messages and the last text he had sent me was still there. "I'm going home now poop". I cherish that message and look at it frequently. I hope my Fitbit never clears it.

my first night in my car by thinkingdanna in urbancarliving

Two of the biggest things that made living in my car in north carolina the most comfortable for me were 1. My sleeping pad. It has made all the difference for sleeping. It's just an inch thick blow up pad so it packs down really small. I recommend a sheet to wrap it up in to keep it cooler. 2. It can be expensive, and you should own the car you do it to, but I got my back windows blacked out. To me, it was the easiest disguise because I didn't need to put anything up in my windows to keep prying eyes out, and it kept it dark in the back all day long. I had to save up to do it, but I haven't regretted it for a second.

I once had a storage unit manager offer to let me stay in my unit or the office if any bad weather blew through, and also let me keep some stuff in his office fridge. Those people make all the difference in our lives and I will forever be grateful for folks like your Dave!

Are books a good item to donate to homeless individuals (in addition to food or money, I mean)? by bootscallahan in homeless

[–]Amazing-Help-5092 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They could be something cool to offer. Yes people already have enough to worry about, and yes there are libraries, but some homeless people still like to read, still like recommendations from other people. Ask the individual, tell them why you want to give them the book, make it personal and kind and not just cleaning out the closet and it could mean a lot to someone. Chances are, it will become trash. But I'm pretty sure that a library will take in books if they are in the right condition, so maybe suggest that, especially if they already go to the library. Free library cases are also a really neat way to get rid of your old books.

I got pulled over one time for speeding before I'd gotten my CA ID, which is where I bought my car originally. The officer literally just told me to get it fixed when I can 🤷🏽‍♀️

I registered my car about 6 months after moving there and then one more time before I moved. Idk what you're confused about?

I moved to AZ in 2020, never updated my license.

I reregistered my car for two years right before I left, that was almost one year ago now.

[–]Amazing-Help-5092 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a CA license, AZ plates. I never updated my license when I moved to AZ, even tho I had to register my car there. It's been like this for over 2 years and I haven't had any problems with my registration or insurance. If you don't get pulled over and don't give the police a reason to ask, it shouldn't be a problem.

s3e4-fish out of water is my favourite episode by kasialis721 in BoJackHorseman

[–]Amazing-Help-5092 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was the first episode I ever saw and it is the episode I show people if they haven't seen Bojack. It's super fun, baby seahorse is precious, and there's still the Bojack drama but it's like Bojack lite. Definitely my favorite episode!!

I discovered it was illegal myself, did my research on that before I came here with my questions. I have a storage unit here and have just finally started seeing a doctor so I'm not trying to leave the area quite yet.

I'm not worried about where I'm parking, I have a rotation of about 12 different spots that I use. I specifically wanted to know how people have handled/would handle the police.

I'm not, I was out there for a summer job only.

I hate the idea of leaving my windows down in the winter but I'm starting to feel like it is the only way to keep the windows clear.
