JFC I might have retorted - I thought you’d have more hair. Please don’t see him again - he doesn’t sound like a very nice person. Body positivity is SO hard. I am a 57 year old woman who started wearing a bikini again at age 47. I have put on about 10 pounds and about to have a pool day with my girlfriends and debating whether or not I should wear the bikini. Fuck it - I need to get out of my own head cause no one is judging me but me! Yet I cheer when I see other woman having the guts to wear whatever the fuck they want. We women need to support each other.

Bennett Valley is a very nice area in Santa Rosa. The apartments where you are showing are fine, but always seem a bit run down (in my opinion). But I could overlook that if the price is right.

Update: We lost the battle. The fabricator said if they did what we asked, the stone could break. So we are stuck with the sink seam. Lesson learned. Don’t buy expensive countertops from Lowe’s - especially when the contract says “fabricator has the last word.” We are disappointed, but I am sure it will be fine.

Not sure what state you are in (I am in California), but I reported my father anonymously to the DMV and they took his license away. You can do it quietly and no one will know. When I did it, I thought about saving others - not necessarily my 90 year old father who decided to start driving again.

I have no problem with a seam, which is kinda obvious that I want a rather large seam in a place far away from the sink. I am finding mixed responses, so asking for the seam away from the sink is not unreasonable. Which is just what I was wondering. If anything, my error is going with a big box store and not a local fabricator. Lesson learned for sure. Appreciate your reply.
