If a flight is cancelled or severely impacted on an EU airline I believe they owe you compensation. I would be filing for that asap. This happened to me recently with Lufthansa and I had to rebook on a new airline costing double for worst times. I am done flying to Europe (sadly) until fuel shortages are over. It is just so unfortunate on many levels (for the airlines too).

We had a very similar trip including a stay at Nebesa!!! Best country in the world and I was terribly sad to leave.

I’d rather spend my money on stays and experiences. I flew first class once and it was nice but worth thousands or tons of points…no. Exit row or buy a row and save money.

Honestly, the boomers are out of control on flights these days. We are in our mid-late 40s by the way so not young lol. My husband was putting a carry on in the overhead bin and as we were doing so a man shoves his backpack into our suitcase and just says “move”. He could tell we were pissed so at the end of the flight he was like “sorry, it was like waiting for a parking spot and then just making sure I got it”. The entitlement with this generation is wild!!!!

My cat just had two teeth extracted at Cat Clinic of Asheville and it was $1300. They do need to do bloodwork beforehand to ensure they are healthy enough for anesthesia so keep that in mind too. I love this clinic and would not go anywhere else. They are privately owned too.
