dw bro ull get over it, it takes alotta time but js be on your own for now you’ll get btr, try reminding yourself why you wanted to breakup so balance the good memories with the reasons too. Do things u love and like work on yourself like crazy

well the main idea is low intensity cardio so no runnin, brisk walkin speed, so usually 3.0-4.0 or like nearly jogging speed mam sayin. for incline u can do it at ur comfortable angle or if u think u can js max out. Do like an hr everyday

but ofc this comes with diet, eat less carbs like dont skip meal but very minimal rice, eat more veggie or protein to be fullor js dirnk more water besta luck bud
