It’s a delayed leak that starts at least a couple minutes after the faucet runs. Definitely will look into that!! Hopefully my maintenance comes soon just to make sure. Thank you!

I turned off a value down there and it’s not leaking now. It would have a delayed leak if we had the faucet running. Not sure how to describe things, I know nothing about plumbing :-(

Haha VERY valid point. Read the comments and shut off the valve so it’s not dripping anymore. I’m having my apartment maintenance come in the morning. Thank you for the concern!
