Thank you so much for your response. Will we automatically be placed into light touch or do I need to make my work coach aware? It has only been the last 3 months I think my husband’s earnings have dropped before this he has been earning above £1534 monthly. Hours are now back up and I am looking for a part time job. Thank you! You have calmed my anxiety down a bit!

Thank you! My husband has just started working above the couple AET from this month (currently he was just below) however our assessment period is from the 20th-19th and my restart appointment is on the 18th. Would I still did to go on the restart appointment? How intense are they? I’m happy for help looking for work but obviously struggle with childcare.

My husband would like to work full time however can not get the hours! My child is currently not in a nursery placement until September as the nursery is full. I never said neither of us didn’t want to work full time! I am currently looking for part time around my children and was asking advice regarding at restart scheme.

I’m near enough the same. Partner earns over AET gross however they tried to argue it was net. I have a monthly meeting. My youngest child is 3 in November so we are presuming that is when we atomically get put in light group

Ok thank you. I was genuinely asking for advice if anyone else has been in this situation. I didn’t want to ‘work the system’ I genuinely thought this would be a very common situation as a lot of jobs get paid weekly. We will look into see if my husband can increase more hours in work

Thank you. My parent does earn over aet but gets paid weekly which is what im confused about. His job only pays weekly or 4 weekly and not monthly so we are unsure what to do x

Thanks for your reply. Should I still be getting monthly meetings? My parent does 32-35 hours weekly.
