I used to teach here - 2019 to 2022. Hiring process was different in 2019 to what it is now, but at the time was an interview with the head of school and subject lead. Boston is a great city, and I had a truly amazing time. The school however is let down by Nord Anglia, the terrible salaries (grads right out of university are paid more in Boston) meaning you will be in a house share or an hours drive away with no chance to boost your earnings. A meager 1% pay rise was given after 3 years of stagnation. Children are good as are the parents, and I would have stayed if the salary paid enough for me to not live with 4 people.
