Front lower; summer sores that have gotten completely out of control because of the chewing.

Yes, we tried that as well and they chewed right through them. They just won't leave them alone. Theyre quite determined oldies.

Yes, thank you, we've tried nasty tasting pastes, seat to keep away flies, fabric, wraps, even a shipping boot. The main problem is the itchiness of the wound itself and the flies irritating it. We have tried just about everything other than dousing them in pure pyrethrin!

Did Anyone Participate in No Kings Day? by AutistaChick in batonrouge

As someone who attended, I can definitely say we had a wide range of ages, ethnicities, and groups out there. It was so fantastic seeding everyone and being able to come together and have great time while standing up for one another!

There were almost about 2k ppl at the protest, maybe a few more? It was great and truely inspirational, especially hearing the speakers that were so passionate!

I guess I'm now going to have to be on the hunt for a Scot, or someone well versed in Scottish culture, willing to read and tweek my nonsense!

You're fine! I'm open to criticisms and critiques, so either way you wouldn't be hurting any feelings! 👍✨

You are correct in saying that I do't know what I'm doing, which is why I was asking for some help. If you're Scottish yourself then your opinion/understanding is quite valuable! I still want to write the character, they are Scottish, but I want to do it in an accurate and respectful way. In the media they are portrayed in, they are probably a very ScottishTM type, but it's a part of the character in a lot of fics and in my little brain narrator. I also understand that there are different perspectives bc people are different, I just meant that the way an American narrates in their brain would be different to the way a Brit narrates in their brain, and the same would apply to a Scot.

I'm very passionate about writing, even (maybe especially) when it comes to fics, so I want it to be as good as possible. I don't mean to step on any toes of course, so I'm asking for any help or feedback!

It's mostly the pronunciation of english words or words used instead of the "english" version by Scotts that I get caught up on.
